Mask use can lead to facial dermatoses due factors, such as hyperhydration, seborrhea, high humidity caused by sweating, and the occlusive effect of mask.We investigated mask-related in healthcare personnel who, since beginning COVID-19 pandemic, had wear a mask for long hours.In this study, professionals working at Medipol Mega University Hospital pandemic were screened between December 2020 February 2021 with dermatological examination interview.Of 101 professionals, 51 (50.5%) doctors 50 (49.5%) nurses, 36 (35.6%) male 65 (64.4%) female. All participants been actively hospital 35-46 weeks wearing N95 or surgical masks an average 6-13 h day. During examination, most common dermatosis was acne, which observed 55.4% (n = 56) cases. Of 56 acne cases, 41.1% 23) their history, while 58.9% 33) new-onset acne. To avoid adversely affecting community health and the global economy, effective ways to limit COVID-19 pandemic require constant attention.
