Abstract Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) occurs during the reproductive period in women and is characterized by reproductive, endocrine, metabolic disorders. Androgen plays a decisive role its pathogenesis due to interaction between hyperandrogenism insulin resistance, which might be improved selenium nanoparticles (SeNPs). The present study aimed clarify effect of SeNPs on androgen synthesis action PCOS model resulting ovarian function. Fifty-five 7-week-old female albino rats (90–105 g) were divided equally into five groups: control (C), fed standard diet for 11 weeks; high-fat (HFD) group, HFD letrozole (L) (HFD + L), weeks administrated orally with L, at daily dose 1 mg/kg BW, three from 7th 9th week trial; L 0.1SeNPs 0.2SeNPs groups, treated same as group gavaged doses 0.1 0.2 respectively, last 14 day experiment. Daily determination estrous cycle was performed, end experimental period, BMI, serum glucose, insulin, HOMA-IR, lipid profile, sex hormones, TNF-α, IL6, oxidative stress biomarkers, mRNA expression different proteins enzymes involved steroidogenesis, pathological examination, immunohistochemical staining receptor (AR) evaluated. Treatment restored cyclicity, decreased dyslipidemia, reduced testosterone, histopathology rats. Furthermore, anti-inflammatory antioxidant impacts remarkably noticed. Administration AR protein decreasing STAR, Cyp11A1, Cyp17A1, HSD17B3 increasing Cyp19α1 . Conclusively, blocked vicious circle initiated excessive secretion via expression. Thus, it may effectively treat cases eliminating dysfunctions.

Ultrasonic Synergy High-Speed Shear Improved the Antioxidant and Storage Stability of Clove Essential Oil Nanoemulsion DOI

Clove essential oil nanoemulsion (CEON) with high antioxidant and stability was successfully prepared by adjusting the ratio of Tween 80 time power ultrasound. Clove (Syzygium aromaticum, L.) is a rich source of polyphenols and antioxidants, but its intense flavor, poor solubility, instability may limit widespread efficient use in industrial applications. In series laboratory-scale experiments, gum Arabic (GA) maltodextrin (MD) were used as coating agents various proportions (ranging from 0MD:100GA to 100MD:0GA) for encapsulation clove extract using freeze-drying method. Essential oils have demonstrated beneficial effects on the productive parameters of poultry. However, impact nanoencapsulated essential oil blends (N–EOs) in diet laying hens has been little described. The objective research was to evaluate effect mixtures N–EOs diets Lohmann Brown percentage laying, quality, and oxidative stability egg product. 600 birds were randomly distributed into five groups (n=150 per group), according a completely randomized design, receiving control group (T0) conventional without while experimental received based soursop (S), lemon (L) eucalyptus (E) different proportions: T1 (S: 33.4 , L:33.3%, E:33.3%), T2 (S:50%, L:25%, E:25%), T3 (S:25%, L:50%, E:25%) T4 ( S:25%, E:50%). results showed that highest posture rate compared (P<0.05), although it similar T0 T1. Comparatively, feed conversion better treatment (P<0.05). analysis quality treatments reached greater shell thickness (mm) with yolk evaluated through levels malondialdehyde (MDA), both had lower MDA (P>0.05) standard (T0).
