Summary
This
study
explores
using
pitomba
peel
and
seeds
to
obtain
a
natural
extract
with
high
antioxidant
capacity,
employing
extraction
techniques

solvents

ABSTRACT
This
study
investigates
the
isolation
and
characterization
of
starch
from
green
banana
peels
preparation
biodegradable
blend
films
thereof.
Sodium
metabisulfite
was
found
more
effective
than
sodium
bisulfite
in
isolating
starch,
resulting

higher
yield.
