Abstract
Geographical
work
on
hotels
has
foregrounded
their
role
as
spaces
of
commercial
hospitality,
leisure,
and
increasingly
sites
emergency
accommodation
for
a
range
displaced
groups.
Developing
such
work,
this
paper
critically
examines
the
central
in
accommodating
containing
asylum
seekers
refugees.
By
considering

risks.

study

comprehensive
evaluation
of
indoor
environmental
quality
(IEQ)
discusses
feasible
intervention
strategies
for
healthier
renovation
rehabilitation.

Shenzhen
case,
multi-domain
assessment
was
conducted
during
COVID-19
quarantine
period
summer
2022.
