This paper constructs an evolutionary game model involving the “central government–local government–coal enterprises” to explore impact mechanism of central environmental protection inspection on green coal mining. By analyzing strategic behaviors key actors, this study identifies critical factors that influence their decisions. System simulations are conducted assess effects parameters system stability and convergence. The findings indicate following: (1) Increasing costs weaken government’s support for mining, with excessive potentially causing regulatory fatigue. Moderating investments is sustaining long-term effectiveness. (2) Higher penalties local governments improve enforcement mining policies, particularly in mid-term, showing stringent effective tool. (3) Lower technical greater economic incentives encourage enterprises adopt practices, highlighting role innovation profitability driving transitions. (4) Central government subsidies enhance governments’ short-term but may lead dependence if overused. Balanced subsidy policies essential sustained policy implementation at level. Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage (CCUS) represents a vital technology for addressing pressing global challenges such as climate change carbon emissions. This research aims to explore the relationship between CCUS capability emissions in United States considering thirteen predictors of Incorporating these predictors, we aim offer policymakers insights enhance capabilities reduce We utilize diverse econometric techniques: OLS, Lasso, Ridge, Elastic Net, Generalized Method Moments, Seemingly Unrelated Regression. Net outperforms other models explaining CCUS, while OLS is effective observe positive impacts number projects foreign direct investment on capacity, but limited influence from level. However, capacity remains limited. Our study highlights importance incentivizing increase recognizes critical role legal regulatory frameworks facilitating implementation US. Moreover, emphasize that achieving decarbonization goals necessitates development affordable green alternatives. As renewable energy sources are extensively incorporated into electrical grids, the necessity for enhanced flexibility and stability within power system has significantly grown., Demand Response (DR) attracted widespread attention as an effective load management tool. This study delves master-slave game theory-based demand response strategy integrated with energy, aiming to optimize interaction mechanism between grid operators users participating in through a game-theoretic framework, thereby enhancing system’s economic efficiency reliability. In this research, we first constructed model that includes such wind solar power. A framework was proposed, where suppliers act leader by setting policies, while who followers decide their consumption behaviors maximize own interests. The allows participants adjust strategies based on real-time market information changes output so realize optimal scheduling of resources. Through theoretical analysis simulation experiments, results illustrate affects respective revenues dispatching electricity purchases four different modes. effectiveness verified reducing operational costs grid, adaptability fluctuations encouraging active user participation response. summary, integration proposed not only promotes efficient operation but also provides important support technical references development future smart grids.
