The
COVID-19
pandemic
has
profoundly
impacted
the
tourism
industry,

red
tourism.

spatiotemporal
characteristics
and
dynamics
of
population
flow
in
counties
during
pre-pandemic
post-pandemic
periods,
aiming
to
provide
valuable
insights
for
sustainable
planning
policy
formulation.

ABSTRACT
Typhoon‐induced
heavy
precipitation
has
a
critical
impact
on
railway
networks.
However,
existing
studies
have
not
adequately
considered
the
role
of
geographic
factors
in
propagation
disasters
within
networks,
and
typhoon
process
further
complicates
situation.
This
study
analyzed
traceable
data
train
disruptions
caused
by
Typhoon
In‐Fa
across
multiple
periods,
reconstructed
temporal
evolution
disaster,
quantitatively
assessed
its
China's
network.
The
results
show
that
damage
recovery
stations
lines
significantly
affect
expansion
contraction
dynamics
disrupted
transportation
disruption
propagates
through
network,
impacted
interconnected
nodes,
lines,
adjacent
areas
beyond
disaster
zone.

The
vertical
heterogeneous
structures
formed
during
the
evolution
of
urban
agglomerations,
driven
by
globalization,
pose
challenges

traditional
two-dimensional
spatial
analysis
methods.

adaptive

clustering
