The COVID-19 pandemic has profoundly impacted the tourism industry, particularly red tourism. This study investigates spatiotemporal characteristics and dynamics of population flow in counties during pre-pandemic post-pandemic periods, aiming to provide valuable insights for sustainable planning policy formulation. covers 180 across 20 provinces China, utilizing mobile signaling data from May October 2018, 2020, 2022, 2023. results show that, 2023, total inflow reached 4448.85 × 104, with a notable spatial disparity, mainly concentrated northern central regions, such as Beijing, Linyi, Liu’an. was primarily eastern provinces, Guangdong, Hebei, Henan, these areas showing substantially higher visitation than western northeastern regions. These inflows were strongly influenced by geographic proximity transportation accessibility, significant increase holiday periods reflecting role policies shaping mobility patterns. From 2018 fluctuated significantly due pandemic, strong recovery surpassing levels 1332.26 104. rates varied regionally, Inner Mongolia Qinghai substantial growth, while Beijing Shanxi showed slower recovery. findings underscore enduring appeal highlight effectiveness targeted interventions. However, regional disparities suggest that focused efforts are needed ensure balanced development.

ABSTRACT Typhoon‐induced heavy precipitation has a critical impact on railway networks. However, existing studies have not adequately considered the role of geographic factors in propagation disasters within networks, and typhoon process further complicates situation. This study analyzed traceable data train disruptions caused by Typhoon In‐Fa across multiple periods, reconstructed temporal evolution disaster, quantitatively assessed its China's network. The results show that damage recovery stations lines significantly affect expansion contraction dynamics disrupted transportation disruption propagates through network, impacted interconnected nodes, lines, adjacent areas beyond disaster zone. affected epicenter shifts with typhoon's movement, but dissipation demonstrates spatial persistence effect. Furthermore, we extracted organization mode paper provides systematic foundation to enhance prevention mitigation capabilities for Chinese railways.

The vertical heterogeneous structures formed during the evolution of urban agglomerations, driven by globalization, pose challenges to traditional two-dimensional spatial analysis methods. This study addresses heterogeneity and multiscale problem in three-dimensional space proposes an adaptive framework that takes into account building height for clustering areas. Firstly, we established a macro-, meso- micro-level system characteristics structures. Subsequently, developed parameter-adaptive model through dynamic coupling mechanism thresholds average elevations. Finally, proposed density-based method integrates with parameter adaptation distinguish features at different scales, thereby achieving regional delineation. experimental results demonstrate outperforms hierarchical algorithms terms both Silhouette Coefficient Davies–Bouldin Index, effectively resolving density variation clustering.
