Introduction
As
a
crucial
strategy
for
promoting
urbanization
in
China,
smart
city
construction
introduces
new
momentum

economic

Coastal
cities,

unique
geographical
advantages,

engines
of
growth.
Methods
Based
on
panel
data
from
53
coastal
cities
China
2003
to
2021,
this
study
uses
the
super-efficiency
SBM-GML
index
measure
green
total
factor
productivity
an
indicator
employs
time-varying
difference-in-differences
model
examine
impact
areas.
Results
The
findings
reveal
that

significantly
enhances
cities.
