Gender sensitive medicine refers to the need individualize epidemiology, diagnosis, knowledge of disease presentation, and therapy based also on sex gender. An impressive amount scientific literature deals now with gender differences in disease. Not so much, yet, individualized therapeutic approaches. Part reason lies how studies that deal pharmacology, efficacy safety drugs are conducted. Often women under-represented, and/or no specific analysis outcomes is performed.
