Bamboo’s single color and susceptibility to mold substantially limit its wide application. Therefore, dyeing prevention have become pivotal technologies for the high-value-added utilization of bamboo. This study selected extracts three plants (Caesalpinia sappan L. (Cs), Rubia cordifolia (Rc), Carthamus tinctorius (Ct)) experiments. The results showed that had good effects on bamboo, with total differences (ΔE*) 31.69, 21.61, 32.29 compared untreated respectively. Additionally, these a moderate inhibitory effect mold. introduction metal mordants effectively enhances plant dyes effectiveness inhibition. Through joint modification Cs Cu, fixation rate increased from 3.12% 9.20% extract. A Cu 1 g:300 mL extract impregnation bamboo can completely inhibit growth Aspergillus niger, g:1100 ratio Trichoderma viride. provides new concept applying in treatment dual-effect visual characteristics while imparting it performance.
