Abstract
Background
Endoscopic
submucosal
dissection
(ESD)
is
the
current
standard
treatment
for
early-stage
esophageal
neoplasms.
However,
postoperative
stricture
after
extensive
mucosal
remains
a
severe
challenge
with
limited
effective
treatments
available.
In
this
study,
we
introduced
chitosan/gelatin
(ChGel)
sponge
encapsulating
adipose
mesenchymal
stem
cells
(ADMSCs)-derived
exosomes
(ChGel
MSC−Exo
)
prevention
of
stenosis
ESD
in
porcine
model.

Psoriasis
is
a

disease
with

burden
on

society
worldwide.
With
the
immunological
pathologies

psoriasis

gradually
revealed,
therapeutic
approaches
for
this
have
gained
revolutionary
progress.
Nevertheless,

forms
remain
elusive.
Furthermore,
severe
adverse
effects

should
be
noted

treatment,

has
been

(EVs)
