Objective This study sought to investigate the association between metabolic syndrome (MetS) and Composite Dietary Antioxidant Index (CDAI) in females, with goal of informing evidence-based prevention clinical management strategies for MetS. Methods The 2011–2016 National Health Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) recruited a total 2,790 female participants screened 1,562 estrogen non-deficiency. diagnosis MetS was based on criteria set by Cholesterol Education Program-Adult Treatment Panel III. CDAI calculated according intake 10 dietary antioxidants. Multivariable logistic regression performed relationship females. We also restricted cubic splines, two-piecewise linear regression, subgroup analysis further analysis. Results Our analyses demonstrated significant inverse prevalence Restricted spline indicated dose–response ( p linearity = 0.029), revealed an inflection point at 1.99. Below 1.99, each unit increase associated 2% reduction risk females; above 1%. Participants without were significantly younger than those (43.49 ± 16.04 vs. 54.77 15.52 years, < 0.001). Notably, levels negatively correlated Subgroup that remained consistent across all subgroups. Conclusion In population, exhibited syndrome, negative correlation its incidence.
