Thyroid diseases, including functional and neoplastic bring a huge burden to people's health. Therefore, timely accurate diagnosis is necessary. Mass spectrometry (MS) based multi-omics has become an effective strategy reveal the complex biological mechanisms of thyroid diseases. The exponential growth biomedical data promoted applications machine learning (ML) techniques address new challenges in biology clinical research. In this review, we presented detailed review ML for MS-based disease. It primarily divided into two sections. first section, multi-omics, proteomics metabolomics, their diseases are briefly discussed. second several commonly used unsupervised supervised algorithms, such as principal component analysis, hierarchical clustering, random forest, support vector machines addressed, integration with its application disease explored.

ABSTRACT Introduction As artificial intelligence (AI) rapidly evolves in dentistry, understanding dentists' and dental students' perspectives is key. This survey evaluated Australian attitudes perceptions of AI dentistry. Methods An online questionnaire developed on Qualtrics was distributed among registered dentists students enrolled accredited or oral health programmes. Descriptive bivariate analyses were used to examine the demographic variables participant attitudes. Results 177 responses received, 155 complete data analysis. 54.8% aware applications, but 70.3% could not name a specific software. A majority (91.6%) viewed as supportive tool, with 69% believing that it would be beneficial clinical tasks 35.6% expecting perform similarly an average specialist. 40% anticipated routinely next 5–10 years, more this short‐term integration. Concerns included job displacement, inflexibility patient care, mistrust AI's accuracy. Attitudes towards influenced by age, gender, experience technological proficiency. Conclusions The underscores potential revolutionise enhancing workflows decision‐making. However, challenges like trust ethical concerns remain. It recommended practising receive hands‐on training tools continuing education Integrating into curricula fostering interdisciplinary teaching research collaborations between computer science dentistry necessary prepare graduates use effectively responsibly.
