It is widely recognized that resolving the trade-off between mechanical toughness and recyclability in elastomers presents a significant challenge. This study introduces novel gelatin-strengthened, supramolecular cross-linked eutectogel (PCCA-G) synthesized through situ photo-polymerization of polymerizable deep eutectic solvent (PDES) system composed choline chloride acrylic acid. The research highlights dual benefits integrating gelatin into PDES absence covalent cross-linker, notably enhancing properties recyclability. PCCA-G3% demonstrate exceptional transparency with transmittance 95.4%, robust strength (approximately 4.99 MPa), substantial strain capacity (1169%). These make ideal for loading-bearing sensor applications, capable monitoring various human motions high accuracy sensitivity. Furthermore, eutectogels exhibit outstanding via simple solvation-evaporation process, maintaining performance after multiple cycles. work addresses critical need environmental friendly materials potentially reducing ecological impact widespread usage. adaptable nature these also positions them as promising candidates future developments technology soft ionotronics.
