The development of pressure sensors with enhanced sensitivity, expanded working range, and versatile yet decoupling detection capabilities is critical for advancing robotics medical applications. This work presents a novel sensor design utilizing the distinct responses dual-sized microspheres to external that achieves high sensitivity 20 kPa–1 an range 0.1–70 kPa, enabling continuous precise detection. Functional material coatings further enhance performance sensor, demonstrated here PEDOT:PSS layer temperature sensing 4 × 10–5 K–1, while effectively signals. resulting bimodal features rapid response (200 ms), low hysteresis, exceptional durability, maintaining reliable over 3000 cycles. With its simple fabrication process robust capabilities, validated through diverse applications, including gesture recognition, tactile perception in soft robotics, handwriting using arrays. demonstrates significant potential next-generation electronic skin, perceptive intelligent wearable electronics, offering practical approach multifunctional sensing.
