Abstract Recently, the demand for thermal management has become increasingly high with continuous advancement of electronic devices. Thermally conductive polymer composites are gaining more attention as potential next‐generation materials. However, challenges remain, especially low conductivity (TC) conventional polymers, which limits their use in devices needing efficient heat dissipation. This paper presents preparation Polyamide 6 (PA6) particles coated graphite to significantly enhance TC by constructing segregated filler networks, using soybean oil epoxide (ESO) binder. When mass ratio PA6 ESO is 8:1 and content 25 wt%, PA6/graphite composite reaches 4.78 W/m K, 14 times higher than that pure PA6. The significant enhancement attributed introduction ESO, improves coverage on surface particles, thereby establishing a effective three‐dimensional network. Moreover, during compression molding process, epoxy groups react amino carboxyl PA6, preventing from forming separate phase within improving compatibility material. study provides new insights into composites. Highlights Graphite create network better transfer. Enhancing compared original Maintaining excellent processing mechanical properties.
