Quantum dots synthesized on the metal basis and materials covering them can be immunogenic, which lead to dangerous consequences for research objects. It is possible avoid these limitations by using metal-free quantum dots. Among known non-metallic nanomaterials, sulfur are of particular interest. Now use as sensor systems limited due absence receptor groups in their structure. This problem solved compounds containing polyfunctional fragments a passivation agent or base synthesis In this study, we developed method obtaining primary secondary amines. Using fluorescence spectroscopy, it was shown that intensity changes depending reaction time. Thus, case time 125 h, maximum values observed all studied samples. The highest among samples characteristic based pyrrolidine, acts base. case, lowest sizes were recorded (3 nm, polydispersity index = 0.28). feasibility pyrrolidine main reagent has been revealed.
