Reconfigurable intelligent surfaces (RIS) are expected to bring about a revolutionary transformation in vehicular networks, thus paving the way for future characterized by connected and automated vehicles (CAV). An RIS is planar structure comprising many passive elements that can dynamically manipulate electromagnetic waves enhance wireless communication reflecting, refracting, focusing signals programmable manner. exhibits substantial potential improving vehicle-to-everything (V2X) through various means, including coverage enhancement, interference mitigation, signal strength, providing additional layers of privacy security. This article presents comprehensive survey explores emerging opportunities arising from integration into networks. ABSTRACT- The rise of the internet things (IoT) and autonomous systems has made connecting vehicles more critical. Connected can create diverse communication networks that improve environment offer contemporary applications. With advent 5G networks, vehicle-to-everything (V2X) are expected to be highly intelligent, reside on superfast, reliable, low-latency connections. Network slicing, Machine Learning (ML), Deep (DL) related network automation optimization in V2X communication. (ML/DL) with slicing aims optimize performance, reliability network, personalized services, reduced costs, scalability enhance overall driving experience. These advantages ultimately lead a safer efficient transportation system. The issue of organizing efficient interaction between vehicle-to-everything (V2X) system elements has become increasingly critical in recent years.
