An RIS is planar structure comprising many passive elements that can dynamically manipulate electromagnetic waves enhance wireless communication reflecting, refracting, focusing signals programmable manner. exhibits substantial potential improving vehicle-to-everything (V2X) through various means, including coverage enhancement, interference mitigation, signal strength, providing additional layers of privacy security. This article presents comprehensive survey explores emerging opportunities arising from integration into networks.
