Introduction Urban power load forecasting is essential for smart grid planning but hindered by data imbalance issues. Traditional single-model approaches fail to address this effectively, while multi-model methods mitigate splitting datasets incur high costs and risk losing shared distribution characteristics. Methods A lightweight urban model (DLUPLF) proposed, enhancing LSTM networks with contrastive loss in short-term sampling, a difference compensation mechanism, feature extraction layer reduce costs. The adjusts predictions learning differences employs dynamic class-center regularization. Its performance was evaluated through parameter tuning comparative analysis. Results DLUPLF demonstrated improved accuracy imbalanced reducing computational It preserved characteristics outperformed traditional efficiency prediction accuracy. Discussion effectively addresses complexity challenges, making it promising solution forecasting. Future work will focus on real-time applications broader systems.

Interest in Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) has been increasingly growing recent years, especially for purposes other than those which they were initially used (civil and military purposes). Currently, fact, are advanced monitoring control purposes, 3D reconstructions of the territory cultural heritage, freight transport. The problem using these systems consists limited flight autonomy. In commercially drones, today, sold with a set batteries duration do not allow flights over large areas and, therefore, detailed surveys. present work seeks to overcome limitations by proposing an intelligent automatic charging system (Intelligent Charging Network) created PC Engines Alix experimental drone prototype Raspberry Pi 3 Navio 2 module. At same time, efficient Intelligent Network–drone communication data transmission proposed, images acquired be transferred directly server storage their subsequent processing as well plan from QGroundControl application drone. proposed represents technological innovation field drones potential future developments linked implementation sustainable drones.
