The numerical simulation and high-speed photography technology are used in this work to obtain the key factors affecting seeding performance a novel centrifugal filling-cleaning precision metering device under different conditions. effects of parameters, including seed-metering turbine structure, dynamic wind pressure, seed quantity, operating speed, investigated on is examined analyzed by series experiments. results show that structure with diversion controlled disturbance flow increasing pressure enhancing filling process. Meanwhile, correlation between movement velocity established using camera-based experimental approach. Moreover, maintaining internal seeds within range 24 60 particles crucial guaranteeing qualified index. Due to the small and irregular shapes of vegetable seeds, modeling them is challenging, imprecision physical parameters hinders performance seeders, impeding simulation development. In this study, seeds cucumber, pepper, tomato were seen as examples. A 3D point cloud reconstruction method based on Structure-from-Motion Multi-View Stereo (SfM-MVS) was employed accurately extract models irregularly shaped seeds. Introduction In order to improve the fertilizer-discharging uniformity of traditional spiral fertilizer distributor and achieve precise controllable fertilization, based on agronomic characteristics fertilization in pineapple orchards, a notched-blade discharger with mechanism discontinuous-blade sliding-cutting pushing-pore is innovatively designed. By comparing simulation experiments, it that has better than one. effects number shape periodic notched blades through single-factor experiments. Fertilizer can improve the yield of crops per unit area, and uniform fertilizer discharge utilization rate. Therefore, it is meaningful to performance fertilizer-discharge devices in order modernization level crop field management. To address problems operational smoothness, stability poor uniformity discharge, other difficult encountered with strip devices, this study designs a disturbed strip-discharge device vertical pendulum. The main factors affecting were wedge angle push-disturbing pendulum bar (PMPB), inclination aided-stirring pick (APP), flow gap (FGPB), operation frequency swing-rod combination (SRC). discrete element method (DEM) was used establish simulation model explore influence on coefficient variation (CV) accuracy (FDA) as evaluation indices. results show that CV FDA were, priority, SRC, FGPB, PMPB, APP. optimal parameters after rounding follows: PMPB 45°, APP 46°, SRC 188 times/min, FGPB 4.5 mm. In order to solve the traditional single-spiral fertilizer discharger issue of fluctuation fertilizer-discharge flow and problem precise discharge, innovative design a cantilevered oblique placement fertilizer-discharging spiral structure in form an inclined was realized, which, through spiral’s full end-filled extrusion, uniform delivery discharge achieved.
