Precision agriculture relies heavily on measuring grain production per unit plot, and a flow monitoring system performs this using combine harvester. In response to the high cost, complex structure, low stability of yield for harvesters, objective research was design convex curved mass sensor improve accuracy practicality monitoring. addition, it involves development based cut-and-flow harvester prototype. This examined real output signal sensor. Errors caused by variations in terrain were reduced establishing zero point sensor’s output. Measurement errors under different material characteristics, rates, types compared indoor experiments, results subsequently confirmed through field experiments. The showed that with cantilever beam-type elastic element well-constructed carrier plate may achieve measurement error less than 5%. After calibrating factors, demonstrated 5% during operation These experimental align expected can provide valuable technical support widespread adoption impulse detection technology. future work, impact factors such as vehicle vibration will be addressed, improved structural or adaptive filtering processing promote commercialization system.
