With the market-driven approach to agricultural technical services and application of digital technology, agro-technical have gradually emerged as a novel service model. However, there is lack empirical research on effectiveness this in academic literature. To address gap, study measured impact efficiency income levels mango farmers, using data collected from 131 farmers Hainan Province, China, 2022 2024. This employed endogenous switching regression model (ESRM) inverse probability-weighted adjustment (IPWRA) analyze data, addressing endogeneity through instrumental variable method by replacing core explanatory variables conducting sub-regional for robustness testing. The main conclusions are follows: Under counterfactual assumption ESRM, who adopt would experienced decrease 0.025 (a decline 3.6%) if they had not adopted service. Conversely, did it seen an increase 0.047 (an 7.3%) chosen do so. Additionally, under post-treatment effect estimation IPWRA, compared receive service, those so saw 15.6%. analysis results methods such K-nearest neighbors matching also confirm conclusion. Therefore, evident that agro-technology play significant role improving small-scale farmers.

This study evaluates the training needs of Social Communication Ministry at SNT Cathedral located I Cabanatuan City, focusing on improving ministry's communication strategies through enhanced ICT competencies. Using a descriptive research approach, Training Needs Assessment Form was employed to gather data ministry members' current skills in areas such as basic computer operations, internet usage, and management. The respondents, consisting Junior High School, Senior College-level participants, were surveyed determine their proficiency levels gaps. findings revealed strong interest multimedia skills, particularly photo video editing, well need for further office productivity tools maintaining online professionalism. As digital transformation deepens, agriculture plays a crucial role in advancing the Coordinated Development Level of Ecosystem Services and Human Well-Being (CD-ESWB). However, aligning ecosystem service capacities with human development needs remains challenge. This study investigates how influences CD-ESWB, using panel data collected from 30 provinces China between 2014 2022. First, an index system, Digital Agriculture (LDAD), is discussed, followed by quantitative analysis entropy-weight TOPSIS method. The CD-ESWB then evaluated through “Ecosystem Services–Human Well-Being” coupling coordination model. Empirical analysis, incorporating fixed effects, mediation, moderation models, demonstrates that significantly enhances though its impact varies across regions. Robustness checks, including instrumental variable methods, sample interval adjustment, substitution, confirm reliability findings. Notably, Technological Innovation Effect (TIE) mediates agriculture’s impact, while Industrial Structure Upgrade (ISU) acts as positive moderator. emphasizes importance regional policies promoting technological innovation optimizing industrial structures, providing both theoretical empirical insights into shapes CD-ESWB.

The study uses different statistical techniques to understand the relationship between variables explaining digital divide and classification based on Inglehart-Welzel Cultural Map for 2023.
