This study explores ICT profiles of teacher educators to understand personal, pedagogical and organisational factors affecting technology use in education. After delineating latent based on survey data, 12 were interviewed integration educational settings for a deeper insight. Based the Synthesis Qualitative Research model developed outline strategies preparing preservice teachers integrate technology, findings revealed key issues including educators' classroom stance as role models effective use, importance technological-pedagogical content knowledge designing technology-enriched learning environments, peer collaboration avoidance using regardless concerns. Issues related assessment, professional development, attitudes competency raised. Findings are discussed considering potential consequences current practices areas future research.

Abstract The increasing use of digital resources has changed the way teaching, where platforms such as YouTube offer large repositories educational videos. There are many theoretical studies that analyse competences teachers, but to a lesser extent on behaviours and teacher makes this multimedia platform. Thus, purpose study is development an instrument in which it analysed how behavioural intention teachers impacts their competence search select information, share interact with other users platform, create material. To achieve this, following partial least squares ( PLS ) method structural equation models, higher‐order causal model was proposed based adaptation extension Unified Theory Acceptance Use Technology UTAUT ). carried out sample 2157 from all over Spain. main result explained 22.70% true variance teachers' competence. This small-scale study explores the attitudes of fifty initial teacher education (ITE) subject methods tutors towards use virtual reality (VR) in and considers whether VR could be a catalyst for reviewing partnership model within ITE programmes. In addition, this offers novel solution to tutors’ challenges when managing their own technological pedagogical development alongside preparing student teachers technology-enhanced learning (TEL). Building on previous research TEL across island Ireland, paper discusses synergy between cognitive apprenticeship reverse mentoring that upends classic co-operating teacher/student hierarchy positions all partners programmes as leaders at key points process. An online survey comprising 51 items was administered purposive sample 50 from four providers, two Ireland Northern (NI), who were selected due developing interest education. Data analysis using SPSS combined with thematic open-ended responses revealed although majority conveyed open-minded willing embrace future, they identified number systemic issues need addressed first. Zusammenfassung In den vergangenen Jahren hat die Bedeutung digitaler Medien nicht nur im Alltag sondern auch in Schule und Unterricht stark zugenommen. Dies zeigte sich insbesondere während der Corona-Pandemie, als teils ausschließlich über digitale durchgeführt wurde. Neben Veränderung von entstanden gleichzeitig neue Konzepte Fortbildungen für Lehrkräfte, denn etablierte Präsenzangebote waren bestimmte Zeiträume mehr durchführbar. Vor dem Hintergrund dieser Entwicklungen geht vorliegende Beitrag zum einen auf digitalisierungsbezogene Lehrkräfte ein, also solche, das Ziel verfolgen, Nutzung zu qualifizieren. Zum anderen thematisiert Arbeit Online-Fortbildungen, mit Hilfe synchron oder asynchron werden. Der erste Teil beschreibt sowohl Bedarfe digitalisierungsbezogener empirische Befunde Angebot, festgestellten Wirkungen Angebote. zweite beschäftigt nach einer Differenzierung verschiedener Fortbildungsformate Chancen Herausforderungen Online-Fortbildungen. Darüber hinaus werden zur Qualität Online-Fortbildungen sowie deren zusammengetragen. Aufgrund zukünftig weiter fortschreitenden digitalen ist ein Zwischenfazit verstehen, aktuellen Stand Forschung zusammenfasst Ansatzpunkte zukünftige Entwicklungspotenziale herausstellt.
