Abstract
Teaching
ability
is
the
place
where
university
teachers
settle
down,
and
cultivating
teachers’
teaching
necessary

to
guarantee
quality
of
private
colleges
universities.
In
this
paper,
for
TPACK
construction
in
universities,
taking
model
as
theoretical
basis,
logical
relationship
between

under
