The enhancement of the heat-dissipation property polymer-based composites is great practical interest in modern electronics. Recently, construction a three-dimensional (3D) thermal pathway network structure for has become an attractive way. However, most reported high conductive composites, excellent properties are achieved at filler loading and building 3D usually requires complex steps, which greatly restrict large-scale preparation application materials. Herein, utilizing framework-forming characteristic polymerization-induced para-aramid nanofibers (PANF) conductivity hexagonal boron nitride nanosheets (BNNS), 3D-laminated PANF-supported BNNS aerogel was successfully prepared via simple vacuum-assisted self-stacking method, could be used as skeleton epoxy resin (EP). obtained PANF-BNNS/EP nanocomposite exhibits 3.66 W m-1 K-1 only 13.2 vol % loading. effectiveness heat conduction path proved by finite element analysis. shows outstanding management capability, stability, low dielectric constant, loss, making it reliable material electronic packaging applications. This work also offers potential promotable strategy easy manufacture anisotropic high-efficiency structures.
