This research investigates the nonlinear vibration response of partially cracked, generally orthotropic, rectangular micro-plates featuring non-uniform thicknesses coupled with a fluid medium. The traditional classical plate theory (CPT) in conjunction modified couple stress (MCST) is used to derive governing equation orthotropic varying thickness. presence partial crack at plate’s center modeled using simplified line spring model (LSM), and in-plane forces bending moment resulting from are incorporated into equation. Lately, metal foams have been widely used in various engineering structures due to their exceptional mechanical properties, including lightweight. However, scientists proposed adding nano-fillers like graphene nanoplatelets (GNPs) overcome the issue of low stiffness caused by increased porosity. Hence, aerodynamic stability and vibrational behaviors nanocomposite (NCMF)-reinforced GNPs sector microplate with piezoelectric/metallic face sheets are provided this work. The microstructure is sited on Kerr elastic substrate also a hygro-thermo-electrical media, subjected supersonic flow based first-order piston's theory (FPT). Gaussian random field (GRF), Halpin-Tsai, extended rule mixture (ERM) conjunction Gurtin-Morduch, modified strain gradient theories, Hamilton's principle derive governing equations linked boundary conditions. Generalized differential quadrature (GDQ) scheme chosen attain results. By validating results' precision, effects different parameters natural frequencies (NFs) critical pressures (CAPs) observed.
