Revealing the interaction effect in nonlinear bending of post‐buckled functionally graded (FG) piezoelectric beams promotes intelligent development structural design. The behavior is studied. Based on displacement field constructed by refined beam model, post‐buckling configuration considered. geometric relationship and constitutive multi‐physical are modeled. In framework principle minimum potential energy, static models FG established. obtained extended two‐step perturbation method. To obtain approximate solution for problems beam, scheme electric generalized proposed. detailed parametric analysis indicates mechanism beam. snap‐through process its sensitive interval further captured. back propagation neural network (BPNN) technique developed problem achieves accurate prediction.
