In this work, nitrogen gas inside cooling experiments of CFRP and GFRP wound composite pressure vessels were carried out. Teflon sheet inserted axisymmetric artificial defects in Al-CFRP interface without any defect manufactured. Thermocouples positioned at various points on the exterior hoop surface to track extent temperature changes during test. Destructive cutting optical microscopy used observe post-cooling morphology defective locations vessel specimens, revealing propagation delamination. Furthermore, a comparative analysis was out an additional set under identical conditions, burst test performed assess impact debonding magnitude pressure. Interestingly, results indicated no significant difference between with pre-introduced post-cooling.

Novel lattice structures were designed as unit cells through topological optimisation methods. Then the mechanical properties, heat transfer performance, and fluid flow characteristics of functional Ti-6Al-4 V porous components fabricated by laser powder bed melting (LPBF) investigated, comprehensive performance evaluation model was established. Mechanical evaluations demonstrated that TopLC-L16 exhibits superior properties with a compressive strength 486.87 MPa, 70.76% improvement over TopFC-L16, fracture mechanism reveals composite mode ductile brittle fracture. The temperature distributions indicate TopLC-L component most efficient particularly TopLC-L16, gradient 242.5 °C ratio 64.7%. A shows best performance. study highlights importance optimising structure design in enhancing efficiency, providing critical insights for advanced engineering applications.
