The current research explores the impact of tool geometry on drilling performance carbon fiber-reinforced polypropylene thermoplastic composite. Three distinct tools, namely conventional twist drill (CTD), split point (SPD), and brad spur (BSD), were used to investigate their geometrical effect critical parameters such as temperature (DT), thrust force (TF), exit delamination factor (EDF), surface roughness (SR). Increasing spindle speed caused increase, while increasing feed rate it decrease. Thrust increased decreased in response speed, respectively. by changing from 60 mm/min 120 again started increase up 180 mm/min. ABSTRACT The effect of sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate (SDBS) surfactant on dispersion performance styrene sulfonate hydrate modified polyethersulfone (sPES) sizing and the interface carbon fiber reinforced polyether ether ketone (CF/PEEK) composites was studied. addition SDBS reduced particle size sPES dispersed in water, improving film‐forming stabilization agent. It found that would not affect interfacial adhesion CF/PEEK when weight below 0.6 wt%, but excessive amount seriously strength composites.
