Abstract The construction demolition is non-degradable. Recycled aggregates were utilized to create sustainable products in pervious concrete manufacture. Adding fibers enhances mechanical properties. High absorption of aggregate (RA) and polyethylene-glycol are used ensure internal curing. purpose this study was statistically improve the properties based on an experimental investigation. Taguchi method employed present DOE (Design Experiment). Five factors four levels designed by provide sixteen mixes (L16 array). replacement coarse recycled aggregates, W/C ratio, synthetic macro-fiber, steel fiber polyethylene-glycol. Designed prepared. Taguchi’s analysis concluded; that macro-fiber addition has no impact Using a ratio 10% optimum ratio. prediction experimented with using mixes. Confirmation test results agree predicted values within ±10%.
