Different CoCr alloy coatings are pulse electrodeposited on the surface of 20# steel to study effect duty cycles ranging from 0.2 0.8 roughness, thickness, composition, morphology, and corrosion resistance coatings. In this study, the surface analysis, cross-section analysis and electrochemical were used to explore formation mechanism of Nb contents on passive film high-strength anti-seismic rebar in simulated concrete pore solution. The passivation experiments confirmed that addition promoted stability compactness Nb-containing rebar, efficiency was stronger than CS rebar. Steel reinforcement in marine concrete structures is vulnerable to chloride-induced corrosion, which compromises its structural integrity and durability. This study explores the combined effect of alloying element Cr smart corrosion inhibitor LDH-NO2 on enhancing resistance steel reinforcement. Employing a machine learning approach with support vector (SVM) algorithm, predictive model was developed estimate polarization steel, considering content, dosage, environmental pH, chloride concentration. The rigorously trained validated, demonstrating high accuracy, correlation coefficient exceeding 0.85. findings reveal that addition application synergistically improve resistance, providing actionable insights for selecting effective protection methods diverse environments.
