C50 manufactured sand concrete requires good workability and strength, economic efficiency carbon emissions also need to be considered. This study incorporates sensitivity significance analyses recommend the optimal mix composition for concrete. The relationship between cost, workability, mechanical properties was analyzed by considering water/binder ratio, fly ash content, superplasticizer dosage. An of recommended. cost were quantified at composition. results showed that ratio had most significant impact on emission, while dosage least. All factors significantly affected its emission. Compared natural concrete, achieved a lower but higher emissions. Considering per cubic meter economical proportion recommended with 0.36, content 25%, 0.42, 1.2%. 356 yuan, emission 352.6 kg CO2 0.34 15%, unit can reduced 18.4 minimized 56.6 e/m3. appropriate reduce without compromising compressive or elastic modulus achieves triple benefits in terms performance, economy, environment when applying
