The main objective of this study is to clarify the effect bottom ash (BA) powder replacement rate, water-cement ratio, and sand-cement ratio on alkali-activated slag mortar (AASM) by comprehensively investigating following parameters: fluidity, consistency, setting time, pH, compressive strength, flexural as well observing microstructure XRD SEM. Finally, relationship between parameters was explored means correlation coefficient heatmaps in concert with scatter plots (including quadratic polynomial linear fitting). results show that it feasible use up 60% BA replace for AASM. Meanwhile, suggested AASM a 0.44 2.6 can obtain better workability, mechanical properties, denser microstructure. incorporation produces unique hydration product Magadiite. In addition, models strength were proposed [Formula: see text][Formula: text]. This provides reference application system, which beneficial resource recycling.
