In recent years, three-dimensional concrete printing (3DCP) has garnered significant attention within the scientific community. The ongoing development and widespread adoption of this technology in near future will be nearly inevitable. However, to ensure safe effective use 3DCP building construction, standardization its processes is essential. A critical component involves guaranteeing repeatability element production, regardless variations shape or material composition. Therefore, present study focuses on analyzing factors that influence extrusion efficiency, incorporating measurements dispensing rates relative input parameters. Based results, it was found reducing printer nozzle size from 20 mm 12 significantly decreases resulting a 15% reduction. addition polypropylene fibers mixture an even greater impact, efficiency by up 28%. On other hand, changing mixture’s flow 150 130 had relatively minor effect, decreasing process only 4.5%. To achieve consistent process, introducing corrective adjusted for parameters appears necessary step. implementation such adjustments aspect research efforts aimed at optimizing 3D technology.
