Abstract Anxiety and depression are among the most common mental health problems in children adolescents, evidence-based digital programs may help their prevention. However, existing reviews lack a detailed overview of effective program elements, including structural features supporting content. This umbrella review synthesizes main elements effective, which facilitate prevention anxiety adolescents. Based on an analysis 11 that describe 45 programs, key components content contributing to effectiveness were identified. These included focus modular linear structure, means organizing clear sequential manner. Additionally, approaches based cognitive behavioral therapy gamification engage motivate users, identified as components. The findings provide better understanding what makes considerations for sustainability content, offering valuable insights future development concerning Critically noted is differentiation between intervention description not always this could lead overestimation effects.
