Abstract
Despite
evidence
to
suggest
that
receiving
support
for
mental
health
difficulties
can
improve
later
outcomes,
adolescents
often
do
not
seek
help
when
needed.
While
factors
reduce
the
likelihood
of
help-seeking
intentions
are
well
established,
little
is
known
about
may
increase
adolescents’
help.
This
study
sought
identify
promotive
general
intentions,
as
from
formal
and
informal
sources
specifically,
test
assumptions
cumulative
promotion
theory
in
relation
help-seeking.
Participants
comprised
290
early
(aged
11–14)
Northwest
England
who
completed
a
suite
online
measures
assessing
their
health,
wellbeing,
intentions.
Candidate

modelled,

Abstract
The
study
aims
to
examine
longitudinal
trajectories
of
Post
Traumatic
Growth
(PTG)
during
the
COVID-19
pandemic
in
a
sample
190
(54.70%
female)
early
adolescents
with
mean
age
11.34
years
(

=
0.82).
