Inconel 625 alloy, known for its excellent corrosion resistance and strength retention even at high temperature, is widely employed in a variety of industrial sectors. This study investigates the mechanical characteristics alloy following high-temperature heating then subsequent quenching 12.5%, 18.5%, 24.5% H2SO4 solutions. Thermally treated acidic quenched samples were compared with their untreated counterparts. Owing to treatments, weight per centage Ni, Cr, Mo have been improved bit owing enrichment γ phases over surface. Heat treatments Inconel-625 resulted production secondary like (chromium oxides) which led reduce ultimate yield strengths. Some pitting phenomena element segregation observed through 'optical microscopy (OM)' 'field emission scanning electron (FESEM)'. As soon as chemical concentration increases, precipitation occurs towards austenite grain boundary results enhancement elongation before tensile failure.
