316L stainless steel (SS) is the key raw material for preparation of high-performance oil and gas pipelines , but even with excellent properties will be attacked by sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB) corrosion. Excellent antibacterial effects have been obtained in other SS systems doping elements. However, current research on not comprehensive, quantitative analysis mechanism elements still unclear. In this paper, Cu Ce added were prepared vacuum induction melting. Then homogenization treatment combined hot rolling was used to improve structure segregation mechanical properties. Further, weight loss tests electrochemical conducted evaluate corrosion resistance SS, products morphology characterized clarify modified quantify The results indicate that microstructure after mainly austenite, increase content, Ce-rich phase segregates. inhibitory effect SRB can explained destructive ions cell membranes. On basis, adding a low content element permeability wall further enhance attack membrane. Two-step leads exhibit strength elongation. Segregation main reason affecting SS. optimal addition amount 0.18 wt%, elongation are 566.55 MPa 100.15%, respectively.
