The right coronary artery plays a crucial role in cardiac function and its accurate extraction 3D reconstruction from CT images are essential for diagnosing treating disease. This study proposes novel, automated, deep learning pipeline that integrates transformer-based network with GhostNet to improve segmentation reconstruction. dataset comprised 32 patients, the model effectively extracting vascular cross-sections, achieving an F1 score of 0.887 Intersection over Union 0.797. Meanwhile, proposed achieved inference speed 7.03 ms, outperforming other state-of-the-art networks used comparison, making it highly suitable real-time clinical applications. Compared conventional methods, approach demonstrates superior performance while maintaining computational efficiency. results indicate this framework has potential significantly diagnostic accuracy interventional planning Future work will focus on expanding diversity, refining processing capabilities, extending methodology structures.
