A novel green method was developed to create pure, safe, and stable silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) using Trema orientalis (L.) leaf extract as a reducing stabilizing agent evaluated its antibacterial activity. UV-vis spectroscopy indicated the biogenesis of AgNPs based on absorbance in range 400–500 nm. The Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) revealed that flavonoids play crucial role synthesis stability AgNPs, serving primary phytoconstituents involved. were spherical, crystalline nature. size ranged from 14.04–34.38 nm determined by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). For phase determination structure, subjected X-ray diffraction (XRD). crystallinity percentage calculated 79.28%. investigation atomic force (AFM) measured average roughness, maximum height, valley depth AgNPs. mean surface roughness 12.054 well diffusion demonstrated activity against Staphylococcus aureus, resulting inhibition zones measuring 9 , 10 13 14 mm. These effects observed at concentrations 25 µg/mL, 50 75 100 respectively. minimum inhibitory concentration S. aureus 55.31 μg/ml. This work provides more sustainable efficient bacterial treatment.

Metal oxide nanoparticles of different morphologies have been explored for their varied applications. Nanoplates copper oxide, in particular, known to show better performance sensing applications, but most methods reported preparation either involve toxic chemicals as stabilizers or high energy consumption. Chitosan, a derivative chitin, has extensively used stabilizer metal based nanoparticles, and thus deemed an eco-friendly approach towards the stabilization nanoparticles. Keeping this view, article reports cupric nanoplates at ambient temperature synthesized inside chitosan matrix using in-situ approach. The product characterized UV-visible spectroscopy, SEM, FTIR, XRD HR-TEM. results indicate successful formation aimed nanomaterial, on which optical, morphological, crystal properties discussed.

Our research objective is using a spectrophotometer method at wavelength of 430 nm to explore the removal bromthymol blue (BTB) & keto-bromothymol (KBTB) dyes utilizing curcumin (CUR) as an adsorbent. The impacts several factors such initial dye concentration, adsorbent dose, contact time, and temperature, were examined. adsorption equilibrium data assessed Langmuir Freundlich, well appropriate reaction mechanism, put forth discussed. CUR, (CUR -BTB) -KBTB) confirmed Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) techniques. highest percentages elimination BTB, KBTB 43 90%, respectively, 25 °C, by increased with increasing concentration but decreased dose. First-order kinetic models in BTB correlation 0.97 0.98, fitted experimental for CUR. This demonstrated that chemisorption, which involves valence forces through sharing or exchange electrons, rate-limiting phase. Hence, exothermic nature onto CUR indicated negative value ΔH°(-54.216 kJmol- 1). Once more, non-spontaneous process positive ΔG° (+ 49.65 Furthermore, non-affinity illustrated -ve change entropy, ΔS° (-166.78 J/mol K).

Abstract Due to waste, pollution, and unequal distribution of the world’s finite freshwater resources, there is currently a problem water scarcity. Therefore, developing novel, affordable, efficient techniques for purification essential. Here, photo-assisted degradation Methyl Orange dye (MO) under visible light UV was achieved by using reduced graphene oxide (RGO) photocatalyst loaded with Zn 0.5 Cu Fe 2 O 4 (ZCF) called MRGO 20. Furthermore, all prepared samples were characterized X-ray diffraction (XRD), fourier transformation infrared (FTIR), transmission electron microscope (TEM), vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) Raman analysis. After 40 minutes, high photocatalytic efficacy effectively eliminated about 96 % 10 ppm MO 20 mg NPs at pH 5 Visible irradiation. From results, demonstrated good performance stability after five cycles dye. The shown generated in both may motivate further investigation into more potent photocatalysts filtering. nanocomposite displayed great activity against Gram-negative ( E. coli ) bacteria zone inhibition (ZOI) mm value 24.0 mm, biofilm 94.3%. produced samples’ observed encourage continued research effective filtration biological applications.
