Growing
microgreens
on
trays
without
substrate
in
a
vertical
multilayered
growing
unit
offers
several
advantages
over
traditional
agriculture
methods.

yield
performance
and
nutritional
quality
of
five
selections
radish
grown
sprouting
trays,
using
only
water,
an
indoor
multilayer
cultivation
system

seedlings

edible
plants,
have
gained
attention

their

health
benefits

culinary

emerging

food
crop
has
