As
an
active
ingredient
of
leguminous
plants,
genistein
is
extremely
important
for
alleviating
various
human
diseases.
However,
the
regulatory
effect
on
intestinal
microbiota
in
enteritis
still
unclear.
In
this
study,
dextran
sodium
sulfate
(DSS)-induced
colitis
and
potential
microbial
metabolic
regulation
mechanism
were
explored.
First,
DSS-induced
was
studied
mice.
Then
antibiotics
used
to
inhibit
bacteria
verify
that
microorganisms
play
