This study aimed to evaluate the quality of water from village boreholes by measuring physicochemical parameters such as nitrates, nitrites, and total organic carbon (TOC). Forty-five (45) pumps Southern (Basse Côte) Northern (Korhogo) region Cte d'Ivoire (west Africa) were sampled. Physicochemical temperature, pH, conductivity at 25˚C, turbidity determined in situ, while nitrite nitrate analyzed according ISO 10304-1 (2007) standard (TOC) NF EN 1484 (1997) standard. The results showed that borehole waters Basse Côte Korhogo are acidic, with an average temperature 27.51˚C ± 0.16˚C 29.95˚C 0.51˚C respectively for regions. Côtedo not contain those have contents 0.32 mg/l. rate 12.08 2.11 mg/l 11.03 3.18 respectively. TOC concentration is 1.28 0.56 0.09 mg/L. temperatures between 27.4˚C a slightly acidic pH value acceptable salinity. concentrations obtained different sampling points all below French (2 mg/L) except certains Côte. samples devoid nitrite. On other hand, revealed presence Also, regions relatively high contents, presumably due anthropometric activity. Overall, our on drinking compliance international standards safe consumption.

The present research covers different analytical methods utilized for the diagnosis and characterization of microplastics (MPs) in water wastewater, such as particle size distribution analysis, focuses on sources forms MPs receiving environments. First, we look at most recent collection techniques, which include a variety spectroscopic, chromatographic, microscopic approaches used to identify measure samples. We then investigate separation techniques designed separate from diverse environmental matrices. This involves applying existing based density, centrifugation, flotation, sedimentation, well more ones, like use microfluidic devices materials selective adsorption. Lastly, into removal aimed reduce buildup aquatic These enzymatic breakdown, coagulation/flocculation, filtering, among other physical, chemical, biological techniques.
