Abstract The application of Internet Things (IoT) technology has become more and widespread, the smart home based on IoT penetrated thousands households design internal environment building is also gradually intelligentized digitized. This study realizes personalized humanized in buildings through a system IoT, which focuses use Apriori algorithm to mine association rules user’s preferences for building. Then, it uses GA-BP neural network predict audience’s PMV indexes so as achieve system. And human-centered design. evaluated its performance practical application, effect building’s interior examined. bandwidth bottleneck 2M, absolute error prediction model within (−0.04, 0.19), with an average accuracy 99.245% improvement 20.38% over BP model. importance satisfaction all scenario models this are (3,5), settings reasonable, user high, can meet needs. results research guide provide certain theoretical references systematic
