In order to improve early-age strength, steam curing is mostly used for railway prefabricated components, which consumes a lot of energy and affects the durability concrete. Synthetic calcium silicate hydrate (C-S-H) has an excellent strength effect, can concrete help reduce consumption curing, but C-S-H will increase shrinkage affect this work, C-S-H/SRPCA was synthesized using shrinkage-reducing polycarboxylate superplasticizer (SRPCA) in decrease The effects 0.5%, 4.0%, 8.0% on were studied. When porosity hardened paste at 28 days reduced 15% It lessens content capillary pores 10–50 nm. At 24 nm 40% lower reduces surface tension simulated solution 34 mN/m, 53% group, it inhibits volatilization days, evaporation rate Thus, drying inhibited. Given above, optimum improves 28-day total 21.7%, restrains development microcracks.
