Objective:
To
evaluate

Abstract:
Chronic
obstructive
pulmonary
disease
(COPD)
is
a
preventable
yet
widespread
and
profoundly
debilitating
respiratory
condition,
exerting
substantial
personal
global
health
ramifications
alongside
significant
economic
implications.
The
first
objective
of
this
literature
review
was
to
identify
reviews
the
barriers
optimal
COPD
care,
categorizing
them
into
patient
factors,
professional
awareness
knowledge,
patient-professional
relationships,
healthcare
service
models,
including
access
care
that
significantly
impacts
quality
management.
second
introduce
three
approaches
for
enhancing
outcomes:
Self-Management
Educational
Programs,
Health
Qigong,
Telehealth
provision,
each
demonstrating
positive
effects
on
patients'
status.
These
evidence-based
interventions
offer
promising
avenues
outcomes.
Integrating
these
comprehensive
management
strategies
holds
potential
improving
well-being

Psychological
