One of the possible treatment options for patient with cognitive dysfunction is telerehabilitation. Previous systematic reviews on telerehabilitation have focused specific disease groups and analysis intervention methods did not differentiate between traditional face-to-face cognition usual care. In this review, we aim to analyze randomized controlled trials (RCTs) that compare or care improving function in elderly individuals patients acquired brain injury. We conducted review following guidelines Preferred Reporting Items Systematic Reviews Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). searched 7 electronic databases (PubMed, Cochrane, EMbase, CINAHL, Web Science, Scopus, KMbase) identify relevant studies published through December 10, 2024. a meta-analysis assess quality synthesize evidence. Certainty evidence was evaluated using Grading Recommendations, Assessment, Development, Evaluation (GRADE) method. Finally, 16 were included analysis.
