Sensorineural hearing loss (SNHL) is a disorder caused by damage to the inner ear, auditory centers, or nerve in brain. not only causes an increase pure tone audiometry of patients, but also may lead decrease word recognition scores. Although contemporary medical advancements like cochlear devices and aids provide some assistance individuals with loss, many patients still seek more natural non-invasive treatment options. A 61-year-old male patient came our acupuncture clinic on September 22, 2024, complaining significant deficit his left which had persisted for 1 year. Upon admission, showed severe across all frequencies score 64. Based comprehensive examination results, we diagnosed him sensorineural (SNHL). The previously received both traditional Chinese Western treatments at several hospitals, symptoms significantly improved. On October 20, after 11 sessions acupuncture, reported improvement hearing, ear increasing from 64 76. November 17, completing 21 sessions, further advanced 76 94. Ultimately, two-month follow-up no recurrence loss. Acupuncture might serve as promising choice improving scores suffering
