Water hydrogen bonding is extremely versatile; ≈20 ice structures and several types of clathrate hydrate are identified. These crystalline water form at temperatures below room temperature and/or high pressure. Transmission electron microscopy used to study a new structure in state that prepared by sandwiching gas‐supersaturated between graphene layers under ambient conditions. Active packaging using an edible coating could be essential and sustainable alternative solution to preserve the properties of fruits prevent food loss waste. Fruits generate significant wastes losses. Reducing waste is a global priority. For this research, nature-based solutions (NBSs) were applied, micro-sized chitosan (CsMPs) selenium microparticles (SeMPs), which are green-synthesized from black tea leaf extracts, thyme oil. In study, effects new generation active preservative agents formed combinations oil (Oil) on quality “0900 Ziraat” sweet cherry after harvest investigated. After coated with colloid solution, they stored at 4 °C 21 for 20 days, parameter analyses performed days 0, 5, 10, 15, 20. As result it was determined that application CsMPs + SeMPs subsequent Oil coatings reduced weight loss, respiration, decay rates. Also, these applications most effective in preserving color values (L*, chroma, hue), fruit firmness, total soluble solid (TSS) amount, acidity content phenolics, anthocyanin, antioxidant capacity. These results show can used as extend their shelf life harvest. This study’s will contribute obtaining composite agents/agents produced technology life.

Abstract IR spectra from 4000 to 100 cm− 1 were measured for four kinds of alkali chloride solutions (LiCl, NaCl, KCl, CsCl solutions) with different concentrations. Their second derivative revealed two bands around 3400 and 3160 attributed the OH stretching mode weakly hydrogen-bonded (WHB) strongly (SHB) water species, respectively. Two-dimensional correlation spectroscopy (2D-COS) was applied analyze spectra. The techno-economics of producing effervescent tablet-based nanofluids in start-up industries was investigated. thermophysical properties, equipment costs, consumables, and operational expenditures for the production methods were determined. This study conducted a systematic and comparative investigation on how boiling storage affect the water quality of tap water, spring bottled focusing molecular cluster size, hardness, nitrite content, pH value. The findings revealed that reduces hardness size clusters in both with these effects lasting for several days. Despite the prevalence of lower limb disease in racehorses, outdoor bone evaluation equipment is lacking.
