Abstract
Negative
memories
engage
a
brain
and
body-wide
stress
response
in
humans
that
can
alter
cognition
behavior.
Prolonged
responses
induce
maladaptive
cellular,
circuit,
systems-level
changes
lead
to
pathological
states
corresponding
disorders
which
mood
memory
are
affected.
However,

repeated
activation
of
