Abstract India’s cement industry is the second largest in world, generating 6.9% of global output. Polycarbonate waste ash a major problem India and around globe. The primary variable this study quantity polycarbonate (5, 10, 15, 20 25% weight cement), partial replacement cement, water-cement ratio aggregates. mechanical properties, such as compressive strength, split tensile strength flexural test results, mixtures were superior at 7, 14 28 days compared to those control mix. water absorption rate less than that standard concrete. Researchers have shown significant interest in the incorporation of nanoscale components into concrete, primarily driven by unique properties exhibited these nano elements. The brittleness foamed concrete (FC) can be effectively mitigated incorporating nanoparticles, thereby improving its overall properties. objective this investigation is analyze effects calcium carbonate nanoparticles (CCNP) FC on mechanical and durability had 750 kg/m3 density, which was achieved using binder-filler ratio 1:1.5 water-to-binder 0.45. CCNP material purity level 99.5% possessed fixed grain size 40nm. total seven mixes been prepared, at specific weight fractions 0% (control), 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, 5%, 6%. that were assessed include slump, bulk flexural strength, splitting tensile compressive permeable porosity, water absorption, drying shrinkage, softening coefficient, microstructural characterization. results suggest enhances properties, with most optimal improvement observed addition 4%.
